Kayrianiz
Kayrianiz, who goes by Katie, was born in 2011 and is very adventurous, energetic, and a great self-advocate. Singing is one of Katie's passions and she also enjoys dancing, drawing, and painting. Religion is a big part of Katie's life; she likes going to church and reading the bible and currently participates in her church choir. In school, she enjoys history, especially the history of ancient Egypt. Katie has expressed that she wants to be an Egyptologist when she grows up.
An active family with two parents would be a dream come true for Katie, especially if they have dogs; Katie's favorite dog is a husky.
In Katie's words:
"My name is Kayrianiz, but I go by Katie. I’m African-American and Hispanic. My favorite subject in school is history, and I enjoy shopping for new toys, singing, and making crafts. My favorite things to do are songwriting, running, and playing volleyball. My favorite food is Wendy’s. The thing I like most about myself is how I sing. Something I am good at is schoolwork, and something I would like to get better at is talking about my feelings. My dream for the future would be to have my own family and children. When I grow up, I want to be an Egyptologist. If I had three wishes, they would be:
- To be able to use my phone
- To be able to walk home from school by myself
- To have one million dolls"
